Teaching special ops forces about PSYOP in US history

A study of psychological operations in US history shows 21st century warfighters how decisive the unconventional weapon has been in establishing and keeping our democracy.

For more than a decade, Dr Waller has lectured on the subject, as one of a series of PSYOP topics in his curriculum, at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School at Fort Bragg.

The JFK School is part of the US Army Special Operations Forces.

In January, Waller gave another class at the JFK School to show how absolutely crucial PSYOP was for American independence fighters in their asymmetrical war against what was then the world’s mightiest army.
